Shipping & Returns

Returns
We offer 30 days from the date you receive your order to return an item for a change of mind. Products must be unused, with all original packaging fully intact.

Once we receive your return, it will be assessed and, if approved, a refund will be processed. Please ensure your return is sent using a trackable service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

If you would like to initiate a return, please contact us at info@islapalmer.co.za and we will guide you through the process and provide return instructions.

To be eligible for a full refund, please ensure:

• The item is in its original packaging
• The item shows no signs of wear, stains, damage, or external odors
• The swim vest has all tags attached

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, you are welcome to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order on our website.
