Refund policy

1. Returns
   You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the item must:
   Be unused and unworn.
   Be in its original packaging.
   Have all original tags attached.
   Be in a clean and resalable condition.
   Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
   For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have:
   Been used in water.
   Been damaged through misuse.
   Been altered in any way.
   Been returned without their original packaging or tags.
   This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or incorrect.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items. If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@islapalmer.co.za. 
   Please include:
   Your order number.
   A description of the issue.
   Clear photographs of the product.
   Once assessed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund where appropriate.
